Quick and Easy Filtering – Putting Spam in a Suspected Spam Folder
1. Open Outlook and click on Tools, then Rules Wizard.
2. Click on New to create a new Rule
3. Fill-out the form as follows:
    a. Click on Check messages when they arrive then click Next
    b. Put a check in the box next to with specific words in the message header then click on the word words and type the words X-Mail-Filters-SPAM. Click Next.
    c. Click on Move it to the specified folder, click on the word specified, click on new (to create a new folder) and type in Suspected Spam.
    d. Click Next.
    e. Click Next again (to avoid putting in any exceptions).
    f. Click Finish
    g. Click OK.
Your suspected Junk email will automatically be put onto the Suspected Spam mailbox.
